Coping With the Pandemic Panelist

The COVID-19 pandemic has increased concerns of mental health and substance abuse. Mental health has affected millions of Americans (in 2019, 1 in 5 adults) has grown due to stress, isolation, and loss in 2020. Protecting and maintaining our mental health is as essential as our physical health. Our panelists will share tools, resources, and information regarding this crucial issue. An optional box dinner will be served, and social distancing and masking will be followed. This program will be offered in a hybrid format via zoom and may be adapted to online only or no dinner based on the recommendations of our Covid Task Force.
